Billing Terms

1. Scope
These Billing Terms describe how Wiktor AI sells and delivers paid access: plan tiers, plan keys, usage credits, and related digital services. They supplement our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.
2. Plans & features
We offer Free and paid plans (for example Starter, Pro, Ultra, and Max). Features, modalities, and tool access are enforced server-side according to your active plan. Marketing pages may summarize benefits; the live product gates and your account dashboard control what you can use. Plan access may expire on a date stored with your account after key activation or purchase.
3. Credits
Usage is metered in credits. Credits may be granted on signup, plan-key activation, promotions, or admin adjustment. AI requests (chat, search, image, video, audio, documents, and similar tools) deduct credits based on model pricing, margins, and tool surcharges configured by the platform. Credits are not cash, have no intrinsic monetary value outside the service, and are non-transferable between accounts unless we explicitly allow it.
4. Plan keys
Paid access may be delivered via redeemable plan keys (for example keys starting with PLN-). Keys may have use limits, expiry dates, and per-user redemption rules. Plan keys are non-transferable after redemption and may be revoked if obtained fraudulently or issued in error.
5. Pricing & taxes
Prices shown on the pricing page or at checkout are in the currency displayed (for example TND or another listed currency). Taxes, duties, or store fees may apply depending on your location and payment channel. We may update list prices; changes do not retroactively alter credits already purchased unless required by law.
6. Payment methods
Payments may be processed by us, authorized resellers, or third-party processors and app stores. You authorize the selected processor to charge the amounts disclosed at purchase. Failed payments may delay or cancel plan activation. We do not store full card numbers on our application servers when a third-party processor handles checkout.
7. Renewals
Unless auto-renewal is clearly offered and enabled at purchase (for example through an app store subscription), plan keys and one-time credit packs do not auto-renew. When auto-renewal is offered, you can cancel according to the instructions shown at purchase or in the store's subscription settings.
8. Account & usage responsibility
You are responsible for activity on your account, including credit spend. Keep credentials secure. We may rate-limit, reserve, settle, or refund credits as described in our technical billing flows to match actual usage and prevent abuse.
9. Service availability
Upstream AI providers may change model availability, pricing, or latency. We curate models and may enable, disable, or reprice catalog entries. Temporary outages do not automatically entitle you to a full refund, but we may issue goodwill credits for prolonged platform-side failures.
