1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Wiktor AI at wiktor.app, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Billing Terms, and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, attempt abuse, or present security risk.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the platform for unlawful purposes; to generate content that violates law or third-party rights; to attempt unauthorized access to systems or other accounts; to reverse engineer or overload the service except as allowed by law; or to resell access without permission. We may restrict features or accounts for misuse.
4. Subscriptions, credits & payments
Paid plans, plan keys, and credits are governed by our Billing Terms. Refunds and cancellations are described in the Refund Policy. Prices and included features may change; server-side plan limits control live access. Credits are digital units for usage and are non-transferable unless we state otherwise.
5. AI output disclaimer
AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them for decisions, professional advice, or publication. The platform is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, or other advice.
6. Content & intellectual property
You retain ownership of content you submit, subject to the license needed for us to operate the service (host, process, display, and transmit to AI providers). AI-generated content may also be subject to the terms of underlying model providers. Our branding, software, and curated catalog remain our property or our licensors'.
7. Third-party services
The service depends on third-party AI, hosting, and payment providers. Their availability and policies are outside our full control. Your use of upstream models must also comply with those providers' acceptable-use rules.
8. Limitation of liability
The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the platform. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to paid services is limited to the amounts you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of the service, or your violation of these terms, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.
10. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance, except where applicable law requires additional consent.
